Running Sleek Apparels means spending every week talking to fashion brand founders who have brilliant ideas — and completely wrong tech packs. Brands would send us spec sheets that were missing half the information our factories needed. Sample rooms would come back with wrong measurements, wrong stitching, wrong fabrics. Orders would get delayed by weeks because of one missing field.
The brand founders weren't incompetent. They just didn't know what they didn't know. They'd either spent hundreds of hours manually creating specs in Excel, or paid $150/hour to a technical designer who created documents their factory couldn't even follow properly.
